Usage & spend

The Usage tab answers what agents cost and what the org gets back.

• KPI row — spend with a prior-period delta, tasks run, average cost per task, hours returned (from process value declarations), active people, open alerts.
• Explorer — any date range (presets or two calendar dates) at hour, day, week or month grain; measure cost, tokens or sessions; split by model, person or group.

Usage analytics is served from ClickHouse (synced continuously from the operational store, backfilled automatically). If ClickHouse is unavailable the same queries fall back to Postgres transparently — the UI shows a live fallback badge, numbers stay identical.
