Processes

A process is a prompt template plus the profile it must always run with.

• Template & parameters — {{name}} placeholders become form fields at run time; what you type replaces the placeholder everywhere, with a live preview of the exact prompt the agent will get.
• Run profile — optionally pin a model, a connector allowlist (least privilege: the run uses exactly this set), skills, and standing instructions.
• Value accounting — “saves ~N min/run” feeds the hours-returned figures in Usage.

The connector set is not a run-time choice. If the profile pins connectors the runner has no access to, the run is blocked with a clear message — access is fixed by asking an admin, not by silently dropping tools.

Every process card has a deep link (visible when the process is expanded) — send it to a colleague and it opens scrolled-to and highlighted.
